It's sad, but my favorite parts are in the video when the hand injects the puff with what looks like chocolate pudding, the puff's already on the gorgeous pile of puffs and just sits there and takes it - obviously no second hand to hold the puff steady is necessary.
Plus, in the gourmet section(!) the sticks are called "flippling" sticks. Clearly a typo or is it really a gourmet stick? Does Wolfgang Puck eschew flipping sticks for flippling sticks?
